Our home is currently listed on VRBO, Airbnb, Trip Advisor, and Booking.com. You are welcome to view the calendar, property information, and get pricing on those sites. Please keep in mind that there are additional booking fees when booking your reservation through those sites, and you are welcome to book with us directly to avoid those fees. Once you’re ready to move forward, we will email you our Rental Agreement to review along with the invoice to secure your reservation.

The final cleaning fees, property damage protection, and pet fees (if applicable) are all included in your total rental amount. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due anytime before 15 days prior to your stay.

The minimum stay is 3 nights in accordance to city guidelines.
If you have visitors, no more than 12 in the house. Anyone that is not registered cannot stay overnight.
We accept Zelle & Venmo as form of payment. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your stay.
You can cancel your reservation for a full refund at any time up until 48 hours before your check-in time. If you are trying to cancel your reservation In less than 48 hours prior to check, you will be refunded 50%.
If you have an emergency please call 911. We also have a Property Manager, Tom, that will be available at any time. His direct number will be detailed in the on-site house manual.
Yes, pets are welcome. There is a fee of $75.
The renter must be 25 years old or older. We do not allow prom parties, high school parties, or college/MBA parties.

We take the safety and health of everyone at our homes very seriously and we will do everything that we can to ensure that our guests have a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay. We adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to ensure that all of our homes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. All linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed according to manufacturers’ guidelines.

Our staff are all fully vaccinated. We also stock our homes with disinfectants and cleaning supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines during your stay. If you have any specific questions about our cleaning protocol, we’re happy to answer them! Simply email us for more info.

During Your Stay

Check-in is at 3pm EST (2pm CST) on your date of arrival. You will be given a 4-digit code for the front door prior to your arrival along with the property address and instructions on how to lock and unlock the door with the code.
Checkout is at 11am EST (10am CST) on your day of departure. We want you to enjoy every minute of your vacation, so we do not require our guests to remove bed linens prior to departure. We do ask that all garbage is removed from the house and placed in the garbage bins by the front gate so animals do not come around the home.

Indoors, the fully-equipped kitchens are stocked with enough place settings, glassware, etc. for the maximum capacity of each home, at least one coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, ample refrigeration, and enough pots, pans, and utensils to cook meals during your stay. You’ll also find pillow-top mattresses, linens & towels, and WiFi.

Outdoors, Glennhouse Getaway provides a wide range of amenities that can be enjoyed year-round including our hot tub (coming soon), gas grill, fire pit, and specialized activity areas such as a tennis court and beach.

Our property offers household supplies you’d expect to find in your own home.

The closet between the living room on the second floor and half bath is supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap & dishwasher pods, multi-purpose cleaners, and more. Each bathroom will have toilet paper to get you started and enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the house. In addition, you’ll find beach towels for the pool/hot tub and laundry soap.

We also provide firewood below the deck on the first floor so you can enjoy the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace.

Absolutely! Our dedicated property manager is never more than a text or phone call away during your time with us. We are always happy to answer questions about the home, provide curated area recommendations, or help in any other way we can. Should you encounter any unexpected issues during your stay, our property management can provide timely on-site solutions as well.

Our House Manual is available online and on-site. The comprehensive manual includes attractions, bike routes, wineries, breweries, golf courses, and more. We also highly recommend browsing the SWMichigan.org, Michigan.org, SouthHaven.org, Saugatuck.com
